Introducing MDRAO Vendor Representative, Gillian Shaw

We would like to introduce everyone to Gillian Shaw, our new MDRAO Vendor Representative. Gillian is a Senior Account Manager with STERIS Canada. With a drive for staff and patient safety, Gillian provides expert advice to healthcare professionals by educating staff in the proper handling of medical devices and streamlining efficiencies ensuring that the Canadian Reprocessing Standards, and PIDAC best practices are met to deliver the highest quality of care.

In her role as the MDRAO Vendor Representative Gillian is enthusiastic about establishing connections with conference vendors, providing them with her reliable support, and ensuring that their voices are not only heard but honoured as a valued partner. Gillian looks forward to engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding vendor needs, and advocating on their behalf throughout the conference. By actively fostering these relationships, she aims to create a collaborative environment where exhibitors can thrive well beyond the success of this event.
